Londoners face a real dilemma on Thursday. Ken Livingstone has proved he is not fit to be our Mayor any longer, Boris Johnson has never done anything to prove that he is fit to be Mayor, and Brian Paddick does not stand a chance - or does he?

I think your ideas were much better than Boris, Brian. You are the man!

I'm really surprised that five days after the election Brian has made no statement to his loyal supporters on Facebook.

Wondering whether it's high time for a movement like MoveOn.org to be created in Blighty? A place for progressive-minded people to canvas for real change. Mayor Johnson outspent all his rivals by many times, and all that money came from shady conservatives with no interest in the lives of Londoners.

Would you be interested in heading up such a group? Lord knows we're going to need it, now that the inmates have taken over the asylum...

You did a great job. I wish you every success for the future. It is a shame that Boris won but nothing can be done about it...for now. I hope you run for the next election.
