Pets do amazing things that they wouldn't normally do during fireworks and storms, impossible for even good pet owners to cover all bases if their pet goes burko. Know one fella whose dog hung itself on their picket fence. It tried to scramble the fence and its collar got caught, they came home from work to find him dead. How were they suppposed to know that !!
