Rachel was a high school student whom everyone had given up on. She had no friends at school and she continuously skipped lessons. She lived in a caravan with her mum and two older sisters. Her personal hygiene and her academic achievements were extremely poor.

SU Qld Chaplains provide spiritual and emotional support to school communities. They are in the prevention and rescue business: helping students find a better way to deal with issues ranging from family breakdown and loneliness to drug abuse, depression and suic
