In early June, Slane & Slane hosted a jewelry making workshop after school for some of the art students at MS 118. To celebrate June as pearl month, each student wrote and shared pearls of wisdom for each other and how this impacts and informs their lives as they continue to learn and experience new things.

Slane & Sl...ane led students through identifying different types, colors and styles of pearls. They learned how to string pearls and helped them created necklaces, earring, and headbands. The students designed their own pieces, creating their own unique, personalized collection of pearl jewerly!Read More
