I will be in New york next Fall to attend the American Language Program from September to Dicember. I am looking for an accommodation in one of your residences, possibly close to Columbia, in a single room for this period. Can you help me?

Hello Officer, What if I have already submitted the housing application while my credit card is now insufficient balanced? Will you deduct 200 USD deposite first and reserve the room I selected?
