The Farm on Adderley A little background on Josh & Jessica of Fleisher's Grass Fed Meats in Kingston, NY. They're basically pioneers in the field of sourcing Grass Fed organic beef, pork, and lamb obtained locally from small farmers.

We will be hosting a dinner and wine pairing with importer Jenny Lefcourt and Chef Tom Kearney who are both fresh off a wine-tasting trip to France. Jenny & Francois Wine Imports have brought natural winemaking to the attention of New Yorkers over the past ten years. They show wines made passionately in a low tech or n...o tech style. We're talking about Vignerons who grow their grapes organically most of the time biodynamically and bring that philosophy to the cellar too. The wines are made with no laboratory yeasts, enzymes, sugar, artificial concentrators, acidification, or sulfites are added during fermentation, and the wines are aged and bottled without stabilizers, or excessive filtering or sulfites. We'll also have some winemakers on hand to chat with...brush up on your French. These are exciting wines made by young, ambitious, passionate people...don't miss out.

The menu will be offered all night alongside our regular menu so you won't need a reservation for this event. Truly one of the most interesting breweries around...really solid beers. Five courses paired with beers will be $40 per person.

The winery is a family estate personally managed and owned by Graham Kresfelder. Graham has assembled a world class wine team headed by oenologist Giuseppe Caviola wh...o is a recent Gambero Rosso Winemaker of the Year winner. Graham and Chef Tom Kearney will be on hand to talk about food and wine. Please reserve by phone to the restaurant. Dinner and wine pairing will be $65 per person.
