The Bryan College Station Apartment Association (BCSAA) was formed in 1973. BCSAA is a local affiliate of the TX Apt Assoc & National Apt Assoc., serving nine counties, 345+ members and over 28,000 rental units.

                Bryan/College Station Apartment Association If you don't have a working smoke alarm or if you need help with installation or maintenance, you can call The College Station Fire Department at 764-3712. C.S.F.D is also offering free alarms to those who meet certain qualifications

                Property management is required to make sure every tenant has a working smoke alarm when they move in. It's the residents responsibility from that point forward to make sure it works.
