Kolaches with meat, cheese, etc., are really called something else. Only the sweet kolaches are really kolaches.

I wish y'all would stay open later. I like doughnuts in the afternoon or evening. I'm not a morning person! I would think that students, etc. might also like to get them while they are up late, studying and doing projects.
