Dear Customer Service: I have couple gift certificates that can only be used in Southern California. This was given to me as a gift from my relative who lived in LA and the certificate was recently purchased in LA, but he forgot that we lived in Northern California. I went to store in Foster City and they would not a...ccept it. Is there anyway that you can tell the manager in charge of Foster City store to let us use the certificate? or you have other better options to help me?
