The Historical Society is having is best year for attendance revenue since 2001, when we debuted our Spirit of the City Pan-Am exhibit. In fact, ticket sales through the end of October already beat FULL YEAR revenue for each year since 2001. Thanks to everyone who has visited us...

Swing by the Historical Society, the Albright-Knox Art Gallery and the Burchfield Penney Art Center for free admission and special entertainment. The Historical Society will feature indie-rock band Shambu performing their Pan-American Exposition song cycle at 7 p.m. The Historical Society’s Museum Shop and the boutiques along Elmwood Avenue will be open late.

Dave will perform on mandolin, guitar, washtub bass, 5-string banjo and jaw harp. Hear some great tunes and learn a little history!
