Constance Hadley My son is getting two bearded dragons this weekend. I was hoping you can advice me where to get large tanks at minimal cost to house them.

sounds like stress.. what is the tank size and how big/ old is the turtle.. any visible problems? would avoid feeder gold fish they produce Thiaminase which could cause potential problems.. are you using a UVB lamp? and is the water filtered?

Robert Murchie Quick question..I have a painted turtle who doesn't seem to want to eat. He is very active but doesn't seem too interested in his brine shrimp which he used to gobble right down. Any suggestions?

any changes in temperature or visual signs of illness? the water temp. should be 72-75° F, basking area can be up to 84 °F.. might also want to try some different foods.. at this point, getting him to eat is key.. he might just be bored with the shrimp..
