                  • Bump Stopper Hi Jose, Bump Stopper is designed to prevent bumps and should not create breakouts. However, underlying ingrowing hairs may be an issue (these hairs that basically penetrate the follicle prior to exiting the skin). As these hairs surface as the external layers of the skin cells are removed, a temporary breakout may result. However, this should subside as this problem is corrected. Hope this helps you... Are you currently using a product? If so, which product?
