Bistro Baffi Italian Cuisine Specials this weekend at BB! Homemade ravioli with veal and Mascarpone cheese served with Alfredo sauce with chestnuts and Gouda cheese. Also, we have homemade pappardelle served with Alfredo sauce , fresh porcini mushrooms and truffle oil. Hope to see you!

Bistro Baffi Italian Cuisine Special for this Saturday night at Bistro Baffi ! We are serving homemade lobster ravioli in Alfredo sauce with wild lobster mushrooms. Our goal at Bistro Baffi is to always have
you looking forward to a new delicious creation by our chef Michael.
Now, Michael has a new Italian
chef Francesco Troiano,working side by side with him. Combining the
knowledge and experience of these two wonderful chefs, we ...have had some
mouthwatering new specials.
Last weekend we had fresh homemade pasta , with variety of different sauces.
The most popular was the pappardelle pasta with porcini mushrooms, truffle oil and Alfredo sauce.
Before that we had fresh homemade gnocchi and this week we are having homemade cannelloni.
We will keep producing new specials with homemade pasta every week.
Come and try it and you will love it!
