Wisconsin MBAs didn't need multiple concentrations, but found that the depth of specialization in one area went a long way toward providing expertise that would help them show immediate value on the job.

A few people have said that the remaining 100 or so invites for HBS Round 1 will go to "oddball candidates." Who qualifies as an oddball candidate? Does that mean the 700 or so Round 1 invites sent out so far are mainly bankers and consultants?
