A visit to Buxton Trout and Salmon Farm is a great fun day out for the whole family. Young kids through to the grandparents can all be thrilled by hooking onto one of the Rainbow Trout or Atlantic Salmon in our picturesque natural bush setting.

Buxton Trout & Salmon Farm Our brown trout eggs began hatching this week. All looking good in our new fibreglass troughs & alloy hatching baskets. The troughs were made in Dandenong & the baskets are being hand made by Slick & Mick. The Elvin will lay in the baskets for around 2 weeks whilst they live off their yolk sack before swimming.
