CBS 5 Weekend Early Edition Hey, folks: We're on from 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. Saturday due to children's programming. On Sunday, it's 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., as usual. We're talking with a BART board member about the transit agency police department as well as a CC Water District and an EBMUD representative about California's water crisis. Hope you can tune in.
