hi my name is Rick Rhoads, I am the whitness upon discovery. Me and ken discovered that Better Man and Three Rivers was the same
song. Today Ken called me up while I was at my parents house and told me what was going on. that him and Trudee found that
"Killin Time" is the same music as "Its over".Now ive been playing ...Its over for a little
while i think about 6 months, one of his songs that he taught me first, Its Over. and after we discovered Better Man was the same as Three Rivers,
Ken did leak some info to me, about having a suspicion that Killin Time was the same music as Its Over(c) 1974 by Ken Dulin registered in 1994
and today me and Ken went through both of these songs over and over again. Trying to see any difference and we cant find one thing that Clint's
song Killin Time does different than Its Over.So we came to the conclution that both these songs were infringed upon bY Clint Black and James Hayden
Nicholas Now I may have not been playing music all that long i would not call myself an expert, but im not tone deaf. I've played It's Over as i learned
to play my bass guitar Ken didnt even tell me about Batton Down The Bullion why he used the same music as Its Over he Told me it Was to Show everyone
that only he can change the tempo and the words to his music. He has been walkin round here saying that for months.He Did not disclose all the info
to me at one time. The thought of 2 songs being infringed upon by the same artist on the same album written by the same Writers Clint Black &
James Hayden Nicholas, It is nuts and it makes it hard to comprehend that Ken is the real writer of these two songs."IF it Looks Like a duck, quacks
like a duck and walks like a duck, it must be a duck right??? so anyways we got the ball rollin on Better Man first.
It is my personal opinion these 2 songs are responcible for the album "Killin Time's succses.Clint said himself at the cma awards that you gotta have
a hook that is what he acredited to his succses. Turns out that it happens to be ken's hook in both tunes.
I was a fan of Clint's I remember listening to The album Killin Time on cassette all the time as a kid, either in my room or in my dads truck.
Im only 25 now and was about 5 or 6 when these songs came out, I remember listening to Killin Time and fast forwarding to Better Man
then rewinding, Thank god for C.D's. Those were the only songs i listened to on that cassette i know these songs really well. It is shocking for me
to find that im sittin next to the guy who originaly wrote these songs.but i see the facts every day ken makes sure i dont forget.ha ha
Anyways the killin time album i personaly liked Killin Time And Better Man alot i think i wore out those spots on that tape. Not sayin the other songs
are junk but to me they seem to be "Album fillers" you know buy 2 albums and get 4 songs u really like, some albums are good all the way through
kens seem to be also he told me to say that hahaha. This is such a huge situation i can hardly get my mind around it. What ken told me today is
just beyond my comprehention this means, kens music is soley responcible for this Triple Platinum Album??? The launch of Clint Black's career???
this is happening right in front of my face. I do understand these facts its like seeing the impossible unfold right infront of me daily.
What are the odds of this??? I don't know of any infringment case like this. This made me at first think Ken was off His rocker.
Not every day you come across something like this.Hey you know what, this is going to make a huge movie. Which i belive ken said he already copywrote.
and the book rights lol. I told ken tonight hes going to be bigger than ben and jerry's ice cream everyone is going to be saying "Dont Be pullin a Clint lol
just the fact that ken's music won those awards is enough to make you second guess the facts, but still it turns out the same, these awards are kens.
