Guillermo N' Mike I will call and ask for the manager eventhought I dont think it will make any difference, they should check their QA calls and make sure the agents are polite enough to deal with the applicants because bottom line we are proffesionals, paying for a service and we should be treated as such!!! I will be sure enough to get intouch to the B.B.B.

CGFNS ID numbers are assigned to applicants when they place their first order for a CGFNS service. The CGFNS ID number is emailed or mailed depending on the preferred form of communication that you selected in your application.
