Where is my certificate mailed?
CGFNS keeps one mailing address per applicant. If you have selected on an authorization form to have your mail sent to someone else, your certificate will be sent to that person.
This authorization can be changed by mailing a new "Authorization to Release Information" form or by writing us. It will become effective 30 days after we receive it.

Your customer service people are one of the rudest bunch of people that I ever had displeasure to deal with. Do you hire them based how rude and irrational they are? They all should be send to a sensitivity train class! Where is the accountability? Lita Banal Please change my name reflected on your records. I have submitted my documents and tried changing my name online on your website, but what's reflected is still the incorrect name.
