C&J Nutrition We tend to eat more of foods when there is a wider variety of that particular food -- so stock up on an assortment of the foods you want to get more of (veggies, fruit, beans, etc.) and keep only one option around for foods that you have trouble limiting (chips, crackers, etc.) or want to eat less of (treats).

Most people benefit from taking steps like this -- because once you put in the initial effort to set it up, you don't have to think about it as much anymore!
