CLASS Magazine That isn't a spelling error, seriously untied, there's something about Manchester that brings out the Leeds in us. This 'work' project was spurious to say the least, but we discovered that bars in Manc are bucking the financial trends.

CLASS Magazine The London final. It's incredibly vague, but we're pretty sure that's what this is and with only four pics to show for it we urge you to add some more and remind us all what happened.

RumFest 08 again proved the love for rum, but nothing got the attention like the Tiki Off between reigning champions Trailer Happiness and the Tiki Kings from Mahiki. Sponsored by new kid on the back bar Seven Tiki rum, an aged rum from Fiji, the comp provided more sparks than Guy Fawkes Night and more insults than a U....S election campaign.
Each bar was required to make a drink using Seven Tiki rum, cheesy props and gratuitous humour. Bikinis were optional.
After performing a rousing rendition of The Bare Necessities and an almost-believable bartender sacrifice, Trailer Happiness looked set to take the crown for a second year. Mahiki however, upped their game this year, rolling out a seductively attired Papa Jules wearing a bikini top and grass skirt (control yourself ladies) and setting fire to the stage.
With just one place of honour available, it was down to the competition’s esteemed panel of judges to decide on this year’s winner with Trailer Happiness reclaiming the title for 2008 with their creation, the Tiki Island – a smouldering volcano creation containing Seven Tiki punch.
Check it OUT.

CLASS Magazine Flippin heck. Big shout out to the Inspirit crew, as you'd expect, they didn't disappoint. The highlight was somewhere between Stuart's dancing and Fendick locking everyone in Pinchito. Shutters down. It went off. Off it went. Again.

CLASS Magazine Flip flop and you don't stop. Rude boys raaass up the apple, make it feel proper small as the Woodford Reserve train rides up from Ken Tuck to the city. More snapping from the reliable Jim Ellam. Even in the face of extreme violence he manages to capture the moment with his picture taker. Bravo.
