CPL's New Leaders Program gives diverse young leaders the chance to get paid positions at leading progressive organizations and receive the mentoring, training, and networking necessary to jump-start a career in progressive politics.

CPL's New Leaders Program is more than just an internship or a job placement program. CPL helps you find a paid position with a leading progressive organization and gives you the mentorship, training, networking, and skills you need to become an extraordinary leader.

You'll get the chance to join a select group of talented and diverse young leaders from around the country, get linked to an experienced mentor who can help provide you with the guidance you need to succeed, and see what it would be like to have a career working for social justice and equality.

This year, CPL is offering both a 10-week internship program in Washington, D.C., as well as a 6-month Fellowship for New Leaders who are interested in full-time, entry-level jobs.
