It is the goal of Bespoke Yoga to foster each individual's unique mind/body language. While drawing on the classic structures of the past we will endeavor to create a new and unified holistic approach to health and well-being.

Iyengar, Astanga, Ishta, Viniyoga, Jivamukti, I...ntegral, Anusara, and Power Yoga are some of the yoga techniques that will be drawn from to form the most suitable practice for each client.

Open to the public. No reservations necessary. All levels welcome. Please bring your own mat.
