Kim Panozzo I just received my CRS designation (been in Real Estate 7 years - lived here for 15 years) which I am very excited about. Scottsdale, Arizona - Phoenix Metro area is heating up in more ways than just the tempeture. Homes under $250k are seeing multiples offers and 94% of our sales last month were under $400k. Great prices on homes over $400k as well however Jumbo financing is still a challenge. I am seeing more cash buyers for luxury homes which is a good sign here. Have confidence in any referral that you send my way.
