Panelists will illustrate how they are using this new set of tools to teach, market the library and connect with patr...ons. Be ready to make friends with the underlying technologies, such as AJAX, RSS and APIs, that are making the “Web-as-platform” possible. Learn about tips and traps you might encounter when employing these fun methods that will put your library on the map. Following this informative discussion, participants will tour showcases where their colleagues will demonstrate and discuss specific initiatives used in their libraries.
