CT Coalition to End Homelessness CT shelters are overflowing. The state's shelter system was filled to 107% capacity for the month of October, in fact. And on top of this, hundreds of homeless individuals and families were turned away due to a lack of available beds. These realities plague me on deadly nights like these. END homelessness.

one population to prioritize hprp dollars for - silly to spend $$$$ to support families in shelter for a month, when $ could help them get back to their communities with one or two months of rental assistance.
