Cake for Hari Raya
Try out this fantastic Royal icing and surprise your family and friends for the Aidilfitri celebrations.
Royal icing:
450g sifted icing sugar
3 tbsp meringue powder
6 tbsp water
Yield: 3 cups
Beat all ingredients at low speed for 8-10 minutes until icing forms peaks.
