Cal Hep B Free

Cal Hep B Free On November 18, 2008, Cal Hep B Free and Project Michelle are hosting a joint event to promote awareness and save lives! There's a concert, and on-campus testing/screening/swabbing for the two life-saving causes, food, and more!

Think about it: 1 in 4 people have cancer, which means that there are a lot of cancer-victim...s out there.

There are two types of cancer that can be stopped: leukemia, and liver cancer.

Hepatitis B is one of the leading causes of liver cancer, and vaccination of an UNinfected person could save their life. But just because you're currently vaccinated doesn't mean you don't have hepatitis B. Most people with hepatitis B are infected at birth.

So get TESTED! and get your family and friends to get TESTED as well.

But we can't pull this off alone, and we need YOUR help! Yes, YOU. We need people to help us get the show on the road, and people to be the force behind this movement.

Don't miss out! Come to our task force infomeeting this Saturday at 1pm, 2nd floor Eshelman.

Interested in getting more involved than for this event? Contact any of us and we can fill you in on how you can do more.

B A HERO!
SAVE LIVES!

EVEN IF YOU CAN'T MAKE THE MEETING, LET US KNOW IF YOU'D STILL LIKE TO HELP! WE CAN FILL YOU IN!! :D
