In my moment of grief, as I reflect and give thanks for life, I crave your support and HELP. This act of kindness will help in the preservation of my son's life which is battling to live because of kidney failure! The Health System in Jamaica is quite the opposite to the Canadian health System! Each contribution will ensure one more day that he will continue to live! '' When a person is down in the world, an ounce of help is better than a pound of preaching.'' Edward G. Bulwer-Lytton Things can be tough when one like myself is living off commission only, especially in a bad Financial market! A monthly expense of $2,000 for this treatment etc can be overwhelming to say the least!
I am prepared to submit health documents if required to substantiate the authenticity of his illness.
I look forward with great anticipation for your contribution. Thanks again!

May I wish for you abundant blessings in all aspects of your life in 2010!
