On Wednesday, February 4, the California Legacy Project will be hosting a book sale event featuring Malcolm Margolin, Heyday Books publisher. Malcolm Margolin is the founder and publisher of Heyday Books, a project of Heyday Institute, a nonprofit organization. He is also the publisher of News from Native California,... a quarterly magazine devoted to the history and culture of California Indians. He has written a number of books on California history, natural history, and Indian life, including The Ohlone Way: Indian Life in the San Francisco-Monterey Bay Area.
