California Women for Agriculture As agriculturist, we need to be mindful of the words we use when speaking to the public. When words such as slaughter or kill are used these words stir up hurtful/painful emotions. Try using harvest instead of kill or slaughter.Agriculture is literally is the one entity that has no waste. Agriculturist have had to lear...n to reuse and recycle as well as many of your creature comforts come from animal by-products.
