Company Overview:
Founded in 1885, CSLD exist to build understanding of the Liberal Democrats and Liberalism in Cambridge through high-profile speaker events (past visitors include Nick Clegg, Menzies Campbell, Charles Kennedy, David Steel, Vincent Cable and Brian Paddick to name but a few), frequent social events, and hard-hitting campaigns - from Top-Up Fees to ID Cards. If you consider yourself a radical, a progressive, or a liberal, CSLD is a must.


Mission:
CSLD has long been a breeding ground for some of Liberalism's finest leaders and intellectuals, including John Maynard Keynes, Bertrand Russel, Clement Davies and many current Lib Dem MPs including Vince Cable, Simon Hughes and Sarah Teather.
