Company Overview:
The Bridges Foundation is a 501c3 organization that provides programs and services for children throughout the Southeast who have had heart, lung, kidney and liver transplants.

The Bridges Foundation also sponsors a winter educational conference in Birmingham, and a college scholarship program.
Mission:
BRIDGES is an acroymn for Building Responsibility and Independence, Developing Goals and Establishing Success.
Products:
Our Camp BRIDGES programs are free summer camps for teens, young adults and families of transplant recipients. They receive medical compliance information, counseling, nutritional assistance, peer support, plus social and recreation opportunities.
