I love my Camp Chef Big Gas Grill III, but this receipe is for the "birds". I've lived in Utah for a little over a year, I'm a Louisiana transplant, and I was waiting for turkey to be seasoned. This receipe is consistent with what I have dubbed the general landscape of Utah cuisine ... "Land of the Bland". No offense to native Utahans, but the ... See Morefood over here lacks flavor. Try stuffing the turkey with chopped up onions, bell peppers, garlic & celerey that has been preseasoned with salt and cayenne pepper. This is the only thing you need to have a moist and great tasting baked turkey.

Cranberry sauce out of a can is disgusting. But cranberry sauce is incredibly easier to make with a bag or two of fresh cranberries. And it jells all by itself after cooling so u need not add anything for that. I just like a bag of cranberries with 3/4 cup of sugar, boil until all cranberries pop. Put in a cinnamond stick if u like. Put in a serving bowl and place in fridge until time to serve. It is that easy.
