Deborah Garrick

Deborah Garrick I know this may be a silly question, but I just have to ask it. As the 2010 Vancouver Olympics approaches, there have been Coca Cola ads, once again using animated polar bears, drinking Coke(?), so my question is, Coke has used these animated, cute polar bears for years to "sell" their product, does Coca Cola ever give... proceeds to yourselves, or WWF, or Polar Bears International? One would think, that if they are using an endangered species to sell their product, they should be obligated to give a huge ongoing donation to the preservation of Polar Bears. Thank you Deborah Garrick

Hi Deborah, that is a great question! After a little bit of research I found out that Coca Cola does in fact have a partnership with the World Wildlife Fund. There is a webpage that you can visit to learn more about this initiative, check it out by visiting this link: http://polarbears.thecoca-colacompany.com/polarbearsupportfund/index.jsp
