I was team captain for our team at Warwick, UK last weekend. An amazing weekend, words cannot describe the feelings and emotions everyone feels during the Candle of Hope - I was blubbing like a baby (I lost mum 18 months ago and they played her favourite song during the ceremony, hadn't heard it since her death). We are definately doing it again next year! If you haven't done this amazing event yet - WHY NOT????? x
