We hope that this Village is a fire starter for new Villages all over Canton and beyond. We are a family of people who love and support each other as we are being sent out to bless and serve people for Jesus. The focus of Sent over this season will be to further support and establish disciples of Jesus who pour i...nto Tiqvah Hands of Hope, the Hope Mobile, and families living in SE Canton. This is also a great community for those who have a clear call from Jesus in other locations but still need a season of preparation and encouragement before they are sent out. We always eat potluck style and have environments for younger kids to participate too. We meet every other Sunday night from 4:00-6:00 at Aaron and Keitha’s house. Streetlights (FOR MEN ONLY)
Streetlights is an environment where discipleship relationships among MEN can happen located at the Refuge of Hope. Every Monday night around 7 we hang out, play cards, watch TV, grill brats, and play cornhole on the street. We end the evening with a discussion oriented Bible Study and time... to pray for each other. The effect this has had on some of the men staying at Refuge is almost as impressive as the changes it has caused in those who are serving. Streetlights meets at Refuge of Hope (300 N Walnut) from 7:00-9:30. Contact Dan Grimsley to find out more.Read More
