Cartoon Soap Opera The teaser cartoon intro is now 95% done. We are going to add character voices to the song on Sunday and then we'll mix it down with Sound FX and send everybody the link ASAP!
Cartoon Soap Opera The Cartoon animation and song are mostly done at this point and sound FX are 90% there. We should be ready to show you all the 1st draft of our project in just a few days!!!

Cartoon Soap Opera Bass is done. Meeting Chris B. for drums tomorrow night and then adding guitar next Saturday. In the meantime, Tom is going to start on the sound FX and we're going to try and line up a voice over actor for the few lines in the intro. - Aaron
Cartoon Soap Opera Recorded bass last night for the track with my buddy Jojo. He is going to recommend a friend of his to play some guitar tracks as well. Then, we'll just need to create a couple of drum loops and be ready to rock-y-roll. - Aaron
Cartoon Soap Opera Tom is working on another revision of the script for episode one. Aaron is reworking the theme song and setting up sessions for all the live instruments. Kai will be adding more to the animation and we will all be getting together on Sunday for a meeting to discuss the changes that are being done. We will also be watc...hing the intro to FAA on a big screen to make sure that it all looks good large.
Cartoon Soap Opera Rewrote, rewrote, and rewrote the "robot's" verse for the song. Finally have lyrics that should (along with the animation) give viewers a clear idea of what the cartoon holds in store. Recording live bass tomorrow night and drums next Monday. Getting close now!
Cartoon Soap Opera Recorded new vocals/lyrics for the song last night. I'm gong to go ahead and do all of the vocals and instruments myself this weekend to speed up the process. Then, as time permits, I'll swap out the midi instruments for real instruments and move this puppy forward! :) - Aaron
Cartoon Soap Opera Trying to work out a time to meet with some musicians friends to flesh out the song and add some rock/funk. Once the song is done, it should be a simple matter of adding sound FX and exporting as Quicktime .mov.
Cartoon Soap Opera OK, Kai and I have finally figured out a system by which to get the cartoon and the music to line up perfectly. He is going to start tweaking the timing of the cartoon and I'm going to start recording the song. Then, like peanut butter and chocolate, we'll combine the two and come up with a treat that is both fun and dramatic. :) - Aaron
