The good news is that Mendocino County is planning to reinstate voting at the Caspar Community Center for residents of our precinct. This is all set to go for the November 3 election. The problem is that they have not yet found an "inspector." This is the person who is "in charge" at the precinct. None of those dedicat...ed members of our community who have done it in the past are available to do it this time.
