Catfish Coffee Roasters So what's new Fishy Cat? RED SEA blend is making it's return. Fab coffee! I expect it will be here in two weeks if shipping goes as planned. There is a shortage of Colombian coffee...can you believe it? I reserved some organic but it has seriously been two months and still no coffee. Non-certified organic is availab...le in small quanities but as you know that's not how we roll or swim.
Catfish Coffee Roasters For anyone who is unable or unwilling to make it to the Market this Thanks Giving Weekend, the shop (6507 112 Ave) will be open on Saturday, October 10th from 8:00 am to 3:00pm. Stop by if you are interested in seeing the roast process or hang out and try our coffees...with cream and sugar!
Catfish Coffee Roasters This week at the Market...Fresh roasted Bali Blue Morning (Blue Krishna): We are almost out of this one - maybe two more weeks. Kenya AA is roasting nice and dark. Peru and I are still re-aquainting ourselves after the summer break. I have to say this roast is getting better every week. All the usual suspects will ...be there...Ha Ha, Go Go, Whisker, etc... Adam I'm so glad to see that you now have a retail location. I often find myself running out of coffee mid-week, which means I have to either buy a different brand or wait until market day, neither of which are ideal options. Husker Du is the best coffee I've ever tasted, so I'll likely be at the store quite often.
Catfish Coffee Roasters is looking forward to introducing Kenya AA in early September. This is the first time we have brought in Kenya. We don't have a name yet but you know it will either be great or hard to roll off the tongue. How do you say Oscar in Africans? Stay tuned!
Genevieve Would you ever consider shipping locally? I just can't get to the market or your store location as often as I need to. I'm hooked on the coffee, and I would be more than happy to pay extra for the shipping.
