* What is the minimum consumption of protein for someone who is in a fat loss program
...* What is the maximum consumption/intake of protein for someone who is in fat loss program
*what is the min/max for someone maintaining a certain level of weight.
*Bodybuilders consume a carb,protein and fat ratio of 40/40/20
Now I believe this is not the correct ration for someone on fat loss program.
Is a consumption of 1200/1500kcal the maximum allowance for someone on fat loss program?...pls let me know your thoughts on this

Lynette Wright Hi Cathe! Quick question. Im doing STS Strength and Im having an issue with weight increments. While I dont have the Cathe/Altus microloading gloves, I do have Altus microloading gloves that do up to 2lbs each/4points total. However, Im doing the program at my gym, and they only have 5 lbs increments between weights me...aning I can only go from 35-36-37lbs to 40. Should I try for 40 lbs (just an example) on some exercises, or just stay at 37 regardless of the mesocycle requirements?
