My DH worked out to STS disk 1 and says that you are a cruel woman (his reply to you asking "Can you feel that?" during push-ups on the ball). He could hardly move the next day, but was very pumped about the workout. You are the greatest!!!

Josephine Thanks Cathe for your inspiration, motivation & great workouts. I've been working out w/you for a couple of yrs. I'm on my 2nd round of STS - the current 3 mo. rotation & I got a thrill this weekend when my hubby commented that my arms were bigger than several yrs ago. He used to be able to close his hand around my bic...eps now he can't; fingers don't even touch. Yea!! I know it's STS. I've lifting heavier than I ever imagined. thanks; loving this rotation.

Lisa I love Travel Fit! The shoulders, triceps, and abs portions had me shaking. I've had to stop doing high-impact dvd's for awhile due to an IT band/knee injury (I have my dr's ok to resume working out again) and this workout is ideal since it's low impact. Thanks Cathe!
