Catonsville Seido Karate The Westchester Community Center now has a new floor in the main hall! And new paint. After two weeks of outdoor training we'll be back in there next week. Catonsville Seido Karate
Catonsville Seido Karate provides training for self-development, self-defense, and physical fitness for adults and children. Classes are taught by Sensei Tom Swiss, a fourth-degree black belt with over twenty years training.
The program is open to men and women of all ages, and to children 8 and up. Classes are held at ...the Westchester Community Center in Oella, convenient to Baltimore, Catonsville, Ellicott City, and Columbia.
Classes are Tuesday and Thursday, 6:45-8:00pm.
