Further, "Nor do we know whether there are other secret programs that have not yet been revealed."

From Team of federal Inspectors general report, July, 2009 - the Bush surveillance program was massive - the report questioned the legal basis for the effort (which was crafted by John Yoo) - the nature of the massive surveillance program remains classified.

Yeh they are. This statute creates "thought crimes" and is the ultimate big brother invasion of the fundamental rights that define what it means to be an American. CCR is right on. Yeah, isn't that little bit of history disgusting? At least Kitt then went to Europe and worked there. If they opened the doors, Europe could easily brain-drain the US right about now--if there wasn't surplus labour already. The venal, petty, self-aggrandizing US ruling class is not fit to rule. Amazed the good folks at CCR are fighting the rear-guard action, though.

Don't forget U.S. Surveillance Policy, that the Attorney General's Guidelines rescinded anti-COINTELPRO regulations, that John Yoo also wrote the legal memos undergirding the massive surveillance operation put in place by George Bush that shocked Congresspersons like Jane Harman when she first heard about it from a federal Inspectors General Report...
