Again, why would you change your bus schedule to five minutes earlier when people are trying to make their connection anyway? It doesn't make sense to change the evening schedule from 10.20pm to 10.15pm. It's ridiculous. Big mistake. And why would you delete my comment?

How about some info that will benefit the people who take the bus to NY instead of deleting comments stating the truth about the very bad service

Has anyone noticed an improvement in service since this change? I've switched to the NJ Transit 123, but prefer Coach because of it's shorter route into Port Authority.

This is a great step forward. Please make sure they update their website schedule.

I supported these efforts and applaud your work. However, the bus is still tends to be more than 15 minutes late, sometimes doesn't show up, and often has no air conditioning. NJ riders leaving Port Authority seem to be used to this as they regularly pop open the Emergency Exit hatch for air circulation.

At some point, we have to realize that ... Read MoreRed & Tan just might not be committed to the 99/10 line and that it might be better to just work with the jitneys. They seem to be more interested in servicing our area. For the ones that are running without proper certification, the business district can simply help them become legit. I'd rather spend my efforts helping those that wish to do the work, than begging Red and Tan for inadequate service.
