Well, not really. But we are very happy with the growing response to skepticism and secularism in the San Joaquin Valley. So join us for a local freethinking event where you can meet others who value science and rational thinking.

Second Annual Heretics Barbecue!
Rational thinkers, skeptics, secular people of all types, and friends and supporters AND their families are all welcome at this event. Come and join us as we attempt a few miracles of our own. We hope to attempt the very difficult miracle of Walking on Water!
If you are an Atheist, Skeptic, Agnostic, Humanist, Secular Humanist, Freethinker, or just a supporter of science and rational thinking then you are invited to enjoy some great BBQ, partake of some interesting discussion, and have some fun!
We will also repeat our very popular secular / skeptical auction. Bring one or more used books, CDs, or DVDs to donate to the auction. Items can be of a religious or science nature, and must be of interest to other freethinkers. At least one Galileoscope will be auctioned, and one or two fossils from the Amboy trip will be auctioned. This auction is a great opportunity to get some great deals!
