According to the University of Oklahoma's Blood Alcohol calculator, (http://www.ou.edu/oupd/bac.htm) to reach the level of .204 BAC, one 140 lb. person would have to consume 8 glasses of wine in 1 hour or less to achieve a BAC of .21. If Ms. Clark did indeed wait around for hours before leaving the restaurant, the num...ber of glasses consumed would be much higher than 8. However, the highest this BAC calculator goes is 8 drinks. Either way, 2 glasses of wine in several hours is not even a remote possibility and therefore I have no choice but to conclude that Ms. Clark lied to me personally, as well as law enforcement. Please keep this in mind when her term expires in 2012. http://www.azcentral.com/news/articles/2 009/10/28/20091028mccboard28-ON.htmlRead More

Attention students of CGCC: I regret to inform you that our board president, Colleen Clark, will be serving 30 days in country jail starting on December 12th. Ms. Clark's sentence was amended to include the charge of extreme and super-extreme driving under the influence as it was revealed that her BAC was .204. Ms. ...Clark told Scottsdale Police that she only had 2 glasses of wine. Ms. Clark also told me personally in an email that she had no desire to get drunk, and waited around the restaurant for "hours" before leaving.Read More
