Changeworks A great big thank you to Michelle Renhard for facilitating such a wonderful team building session on Friday afternoon. This will help us to realise our vision for the future of Changeworks even more quickly!
Changeworks Changeworks' had a productive team building session on Friday - just before the pub! We looked at influencing styles - strong leader, collaborative people pleaser and logical analysts. Sue is equal strong leader/collaborative people pleaser with a fair dose of logical too. We considered motivational traits - direction... and source. And linked this to assertiveness and our Myers-Briggs Profiles. We did some role play and interactive/pair work to help build the four of us as a high performing (and happy!) team! And then we did the vision thing - we each used visual images to tell our story of the Changeworks journey. This will lead nicely into our team day at Hoar Cross in December. More NLP and mental toughness training coming soon!
