Looking for your thoughts. We don't have a garage - only a small shed that is fully packed up now that winter is approaching. The only place we have to store our Chariot is in the basement and it is a pain for me to bring it upstairs and outside. We bought a cover for it recent for a long road trip. Do you think th...at the cover would protect it enough to store it outside, at least until the snow flies?? Any other storage ideas?Read More

what about using some bike hangers and hanging it from the wall in a room inside the house. I have so many bikes that I ran into similiar issues and have 4 bikes hanging....2 in the living room so we don't have to carry them up and down the tight stairs every time...works great!

Jacqueline Now that you own a Chariot, do you still use your stroller? Or do you hardly use your strollers anymore? Do I really need both a stroller and a Chariot?

I just use the chariot - got rid of the single jogger when I got the cougar 2. However, I never try to take it anywhere. I use the bike, jog and stroller attachments from home and keep an umbrella stroller in the car.

we use the chariot only now that our little one is out of baby car seat. He is big enough to fit in shopping carts now....on short trips when he was still in infant car seat we used a frame only stroller that the baby seat would clip into...everything else we used the chariot. Don't waste your money on other strollers when the chariot works great in almost all applications!

Carina Mccauley

Carina Mccauley my husband bought me a new cougar2 for my birthday and we now have an oppurtunity to buy a used 2005 one. Is there a big difference between the current version and the 2005 version? thanks.

I had the cougar1 and then we had a second child and I considered buying a used one...but there is nothing like a brand new chariot. I enjoyed taking it on trails for the first time and getting it dirty! If you already have the new one take it out and enjoy it.

the new ones have more reflective material built in to the shell, and they also have a bit longer front which increases leg room and is lower to get into and out of for toddlers. I think these are the main differences.

I don't think so. It's pretty narrow-and Chariot doesn't recommend biking until age one anyways.

Angel

Angel Our baby doesn't like to be in the baby sling anymore at 6 months.. as soon as you put her she starts complaining on the best way they can, by crying.. and flaring her arms. :S.

So we decided to take her out and just sit her on the chair.. she was much happier.. she cried after half an hour or so.. not sure why.. maybe she feels lonely?
