International Students and Scholars at EIU The Sounds of the World dance was a success with 87 people in attendance. Many thanks to Samyukta Ghimire and Sweta Joshi for performing the Nepal dance, and Jenn Yap, Minh Bui, Minh Ha Nguyen, Solomon Nathi, Sumanth Gadde, and Rohit Gupta for performing the Indian dance. The performances were great! Special thanks ...to the AIS officers and Victor Lee for all their hard work in planning and organizing the event.

International Students and Scholars at EIU Thanks to everyone who participated in the Homecoming Parade and Paintball. This is what campus life is all about - having fun! It may surprise you, but statistics have shown that students who are involved in clubs, organizations, sports, or campus events actually receive higher GPA's! Why? Because these activitie...s reduce stress, allow you to socialize with others, and get your mind off academics!
