The Citadel External Affairs Well, the barracks gates are locked, there's plenty of parking on campus and it is eerily quiet this morning on campus. That means exams are over and the cadets have gone home for the holidays. We wish everyone safe travels and a happy and restful break. See you in January.

The Citadel External Affairs The winter furlough begins after a cadet's last exam and runs through Jan. 9. Cadets report back to campus on Jan. 10. The exam period runs today through Dec. 16, though most cadets will be gone by early next week.
