Charlevoix Public Library On Monday, Nov. 9, BookTalkers will discuss Real Life and Liars by Kristina Riggle, a novel set in Charlevoix (where the author has visited her grandparents often over the years). Booklist calls this a “moving and accomplished first novel about a family coming to terms with change.” The book discussion will start at 6 pm in the Armstrong Conference Room.

Charlevoix Public Library Interested in Charlevoix history? Check out the interviews we did with 30 Charlevoix elders and veterans. They talk about resort life, the Belvedere Club, the hospital and schools, the depression years, prominent families and more. The interviews were professionally filmed in a DVD format.
